About Brian
A neighbor focused on structure, clarity, and accountability
My family and I have lived in Newport Isles for about a year and a half. I’m running for the HOA board because I believe communities function best when residents understand the rules, finances are transparent, and communication is steady and honest.
Professional background
My background is in quality assurance and systems governance. In that work, I focus on building processes that are clear, accountable, and consistent over time. I naturally approach problems by starting with the foundation: the governing documents, the financial information, and the process being used to make decisions.
How I think about community leadership
I’m not approaching this with old alliances or personal grievances. I’m approaching it with a clean slate and a desire to help strengthen the system so future decisions are easier, clearer, and more trustworthy.
Communities tend to run best when expectations are clear, people are treated consistently, and residents have confidence in how decisions are made.
What matters to me
- Clear communication with residents
- Transparent finances and understandable reporting
- Consistent processes and fair enforcement
- Long-term planning that protects the community
